Local Pick-Up Policy

We're excited to bring back local pickup for our Durham and Greensboro customers!

To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please review our policy carefully to determine if this option is right for you:

• Pickup is available on weekends only — no same-day pickups.

• You will be contacted once your order is prepared and ready for pickup.

• Be sure to review all shipping descriptions on the product pages for production and processing timelines.

• Customers must have reliable transportation and open availability to coordinate a pickup time.

• If you are unable to meet after two scheduled attempts, a shipping fee will be required to have your order mailed.

• Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to meet and choose not to pay the shipping fee after two failed attempts.

If you do not have flexible availability or reliable transportation, we strongly recommend choosing the shipping option at checkout instead.
