Return Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, the majority of sales are final and ineligible for return. We also do not accept exchanges. However, if we send an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will issue a return label for the item to be sent back.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the return label. Items must be unworn and in their original condition upon receipt. The 3-day limit is in place to minimize sanitation concerns and to ensure we process your refund as quickly as possible.

If the product is not returned within this timeframe, the refund will be voided, and the sale will remain final.

This is a reminder of our return policy:

• You have 3 days to notify us after your order has been delivered if you need to initiate a return.
• You have 3 days to return the package to USPS after the return label has been sent.
